Sirius grinned softly at Remus rolling his eyes about Natalie. Although she was completely batshit crazy, she was rather unique after all - particularly in the crazy department. She was unforgettable in her own way.
Although Remus seemed to finally be in better spirits, Sirius' grin turned into a facial expression of confusion at his words. He wasn't sure if Remus had actually misinterpreted him, or if he was just joking. Sirius was never the best at reading people whatsoever, but unlike most people, he actually genuinely cared about what Remus thought of him. He decided that it must be the latter, so Sirius resumed his smile and said, "Well, I'm only friends with you, and I'm a nutter."
Sirius stood up and stretched. "Hey, it's your decision. Just my advice, can't make you take it," he paused as he continued to stretch and finished with, "Just don't take too long. Might freak her out. Anyways, I suppose it's about time I take a shower. Good luck with Debra," he finished absent-mindedly as he wandered over to the staircase.

Excusing himself from the conversation, Sirius disappeared up the staircase. Once again, Remus found himself sitting alone in the common room. He stared after his departed, sweaty friend and shook his head. Debra.
"Unbelievable," he muttered, grinning. He wasn't joking this time; there was just no way.
He stood, deciding that it was time for him to get some homework done. The day had thus far been abundantly confusing, but at the same time unallowably unproductive. Making off for the library with the introductory sentence to a research paper in mind, Remus exited through the portrait. The conversation with Sirius had definitely set his head straight.
Most peculiar, he mused, staring into space. That would, almost invariably, have the opposite effect.
