[Emily Owlman]

Emily Owlman has made a name for herself at Hogwarts, primarily for her bad attitude. People frequently joke that the only reason why she's such a good Beater on the Ravenclaw Quidditch Team is because it's her way of letting out her aggression. She supposes that's pretty much true. Her wits that allowed her to get into Ravenclaw in the first place are usually shown by wittily throwing insults at others. 

Emily grew up in a well-off household, and as an only child, had always been treated with respect, but had also been spoiled beyond belief. As a half-blood, you think Emily would be more considerate of others. However, her mother left when she got her Hogwarts letter, and her family dynamic sort of blew apart. Emily could only imagine her mother as an idiot for not figuring it out earlier. Where did she think her father was going? Why did he never need a car when they lived in the middle of nowhere?

She always believed she was special, and she was, but realistically no more special than anyone at Hogwarts. She tends to prefer spending time with only few, and casting nasty looks at those she didn't associate with. Those that don't associate with Emily tend to believe she's some sort of huge bitch, which she kind of is. One of her favourite things to do is gossip about others, but she's unapologetic about it. Emily can deal with what's thrown at her, and doesn't get how others can't.

It's not like Emily's completely anti-social. She's fairly loyal to those she considers friends, and if you look closely, you can occasionally see her crack a smile around them. She does like to have fun, in contrast to popular belief, but it's usually after she's had half a bottle of some sort of alcoholic beverage down her. Emily's adventurous, with or without companions. She's fiercely passionate about Quidditch, and if you want to look for her you can usually find her at the Quidditch Pitch, or working out somewhere. 

Emily no doubt has enemies. Probably a lot of them, as a matter of fact. But she also needs a few good friends, maybe some of which she was introduced to before Hogwarts, and some she met early on. She's unlikely to be swayed from old friends, as when she's set in her ways, she finds it hard to deviate. She'll accept friends from any group, but purebloods are a preference, despite being a half-blood herself. Muggle-borns definitely aren't at the top of her list. Despite being young, she sees a bit of truth in what the Death Eaters out there are preaching. Not enough to go sign up immediately, but enough to be biased.

She's not one to really have had previous boyfriends. Maybe one boyfriend or something in the past, but turned out horrible when she cheated on him or something. Emily will eventually need a boy or girl or someone who knocks down her walls and becomes someone she is rather fond of, even if she has a hard time expressing it. Despite being straight, I'm not opposed to a plot where it's one of her girl friends who becomes this person. It could be interesting.

Lets see. I can see Monika using Emily to boost her ego. like 'oh yeaa i got a younger year to think i'm so cool everyone be jelly' or something silly like that. but I can also see the two of them being really good friend even though they argue a lot. and because Monika is a shamelass flirt she would probably playfully flirt with Emily. hitting to lesbian action every once in a while. (lmao)

Haha, and I can imagine the opposite for Emily, taking it as an ego-boost that she got a seventh year to be her friend. However, of course, I can also see them actually being friends underneath all the ego.
